Breaking news: The Chairman of the Federal Reserve says he plans to continue plans to raise interest rates this year. Some economists & others fear interest rates may ultimately rise again over 6%.
Should homebuyers in Boston & beyond try to time the housing market? What's your strategy -- buy before rates go up, make prudent offers but refrain from bidding wars, sit out 2018 and wait to see if a price correction unfolds in coming years?
The housing market could be in for a shock from rising interest rates and the new tax law

I'm expecting a price correction in the next 1-3 years. It has been tough to sit on the sidelines but I think that it was the right choice. |
