Median age is 39.3 (as of 2016). Population is getting older. Baby boomers will start retiring to warmer weather soon. Are we going to see increased inventory and lower prices? |

I think we at ejust more likely to see older parents passing their homes onto their children... since their kids can no longer afford to purchase |
