Only the rich can afford to buy now. The rich get richer and everyone else gets poorer. When the shit hits the fan, who is standing near the fan? Not the rich. |

But Boston 43% ? Most of the single families in Boston aren't even where the very rich people live (i.e BB, BH, SE, downtown and Seaport areas). |

Wow. Gloucester 44% and Beverly 31%. Wow.
Reportedly the shit *is* going to hit the fan - and in a pretty big way - so people who bought at these inflated prices may live to regret it. With unemployment in greater numbers looming on the horizon how can these prices possibly be sustainable?
Then again, what do I know? I'm a lowly renter. |
