Posted on behalf of Bill Wendel...
Greetings, BubbleBubble site users,
New England Cable News (NECN) just called to ask if they can get some feedback from consumers on what is happening in the housing market.
So, if you have time, I've just open the Bubble Hour Chat room we've used in the past:
http://realestatecafe.campfirenow.com/f1ffd
If you send in comments, or forward the link to friends, please let them know that NECN MAY film the screen live so their name or comment might appear momentarily on the news tonight.
The reporter is due at 1:30pm, and they are eager to see comments between now and then.
What are you seeing in the housing market, and how have recent headline influenced your home buying or selling plans for the 2nd half of 2007 or beyond.
I am particularly interested in hearing responses to this lead headline in the NYTimes:
Home Lender's Woes Fuel Market's Decline
http://www.nytimes.com/2007/07/24/business/24cnd-lend.html?hp
Countrywide Financial, the nation's largest mortgage lender, said today that more borrowers with good credit histories were falling behind on their loans and that the housing market might not begin recovering until 2009 because of an unprecedented drop in house prices.
Here's yesterday's heading from the Boston Globe:
Mass. home sales fall in June
